Can you briefly introduce yourself?

I'm Gaurav Borkar, a technology strategist and software specialist with over 15 years of experience working with international clients across product development and system design.

My focus is on helping businesses and entrepreneurs move from ideas to structured, scalable software systems. I combine practical engineering with business thinking to build digital products that are reliable, efficient, and growth-oriented.

What kind of work activities do you perform as a developer?

My work spans discovery, architecture, implementation, and optimization. I design robust systems and process workflows that support long-term business goals.

You started your own company called Your Software Supplier — what inspired the first steps of building this company?

The main inspiration was seeing a repeated gap in the market: many companies had strong ideas but lacked a trusted technology partner who could execute with clarity and consistency.

I wanted to build a service that combines technical excellence with straightforward communication, so founders and teams can move faster with confidence.

Launching the company allowed me to connect product vision with practical engineering and create long-term value for clients who want sustainable outcomes.

My ambition is to build a globally trusted technology partner that helps international businesses scale through resilient digital products.

What advice would you give software clients when building software?

Invest in focused planning: define key workflows, prioritize essential features, and align each release with business outcomes.
